I asked some gym bros to show me how to use this new machine at the gym 😅💪🏾

This hack squat is a little different. Instead of your feet being parallel to the floor, they’re placed slightly forward which changes the feel completely. It also allows for a deeper range of motion, so I challenged myself to start from the bottom position… and yeah, it humbled me real quick 😮‍💨

I’m actually loving it and will definitely be adding this into my workouts.

And shoutout to these guys, they were super helpful and coached me through the set up and my whole first set. That’s what gym culture is all about 🙌🏾
