to 2018 • We miss everyone in this video, and all of our bots. As a school, we feel it is important that we put the health and safety of our students and staff first, and for us right now, that means Robot remains closed for the time being. It’s certainly not the easy thing to do, but the right thing to do.

The first and second emails have gone out already - please check your Promotions, Spam, Trash etc. folders if you don’t see them in your inbox. We hope this series will help provide useful updates to you on Robot and Coach Tim’s thoughts on various things in a prompt manner!..
We continue to be in awe of the generous support that has been given to us through what is a difficult time for so many. We’re grateful to be healthy, and are wishing the same for you and your loved ones. Indoor operations at fitness centers in LA County are not yet permitted, but we hope these emails bring you some connection and meaning during our closure. If you are in need of a compassionate ear on the other end of the line, Coach Tim is always happy to chat on the phone with his students. Monday 6:30pm livestream class cancelled tonight

Message from Coach Tim:

hey there my zoom zooms, I apologize for the last minute message but I will be unavailabile for this evening's 6:30pm lesson. I look forward to seeing each and every one of you for our lessons - I appreciate your patience and I hope you are all doing well.

I will post a video regarding these 3 very general yet very applicable questions:
1] How and why do we admire courage and ask ourselves to be courageous?
2] How can we align ourselves with what is right, instead of aligning with those who claim to be right?
3] If we want to move toward that which is meaningful, just, and true - where would we begin and how would we know if we have charted the correct course?

ICYMI: Every WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY 6:30pm PST will be focused on BJJ partner drills through Zoom, so that Coach Tim can watch and give feedback while students train with their quarantine partners! All levels welcome 🙌 Those without partners are still encouraged to tune in, either on Zoom or IG Live. Lessons from the past 24 hours can be reviewed on IG, except for today’s 12pm lesson - the IG live recording was not able to be shared 😩 so we’ll be posting that on Coach Tim’s YouTube later tonight (after 6:30pm class). To find his YouTube channel, search “Tim Peterson BJJ” and it should come right up!..

Getting the hang of our online schedule yet? It’s 12pm & 6:30pm Monday - Saturday, and 12pm on Sundays! Link in bio 👆 for our Zoom link, meeting ID is 702 130 3273 ☀️☀️☀️ We are currently holding all of our Zoom classes at that meeting ID - think of it as a room number, where you can always find us when class is in session! 📚We’ll continue to stream on IG Live simultaneously for now, but because Instagram cuts us off after 1 hour, there will be a brief pause and a restart of our livestream if we go longer.

If you missed a class, you can watch IG Live videos from the past 24 hours through our IG Stories > Watch Live Videos, or record the Zoom class on your computer! Past classes will be uploaded to YouTube as soon as they are ready 🚀🚀🚀

Your camera will be on and your mic muted when you enter - think of it like a classroom 📚🧐🥋 where you’ll get to ask questions and see your classmates! TONIGHT for the first time: ZOOM 🔥 Zoom will be our main platform tonight, but we’ll live-stream on Instagram simultaneously in case you / we have trouble with Zoom. Join via smartphone or computer by clicking the link in bio 👆and following the prompts! We’ll “open the doors” around 6:15pm so that you can get set up before class.
