🏡Fairfax District

💼 Work full time. I’m a program director for a national non-profit, providing technical assistance to governments so they can improve how they increase economic mobility opportunities for their residents.

❤️ Fun Fact - I’m obsessed with thrifting; 75% of my wardrobe is second hand.

🥰 Why I love Fit4mom LA - The community. When I first became a mom, I had no mom friends nearby. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive - I could not have asked for a better transition into motherhood then working out with this incredible group of women and their adorable babies.

🤗 If you were to tell a stranger about FIT4MOM, what would you say?

It’s as fun as it looks; everyone will be so excited to meet you and your baby; all fitness levels welcome! Best investment in myself I’ve made as a new mom.

We’re back to our regular schedule this week with TWO locations happening Monday:

📍 Stroller Barre @ Rancho Park
📍 Stroller Strides @ La Brea Tar Pits

Body Well kicks off TONIGHT and we are so excited! 🙌

Friday — come to class and stay for some sensory play after Stroller Strides at Ivy Station 🎨

Saturday — Moms Night Out! Dinner + a movie at Century City 🎬

Sunday — Family Class
