LA Wushu

LA Wushu Martial Arts Instruction Beginner through advanced students welcome. Wushu is a traditional Chinese martial art incorporating gymnastics and weapons.

Featured in the Matrix trilogy, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon and Star Wars, Wushu has become the martial art of choice for Hollywood’s top fight choreographers, martial artists and actors such as: Jet Li, Ray Park, Lucy Liu, Michael Jai White, Mark Decascos, Keanu Reeves and Crispin Glover. It increases flexibility, stamina and is an excellent cardio workout. But, LA Wushu is not your traditional
