A lot can happen in only 5 weeks on my coaching program. ABSOLUTELY NO FAT BURNERS or PEPTIDES were ever used on 🤯 this is a direct result of consistent grinding with diet, cardio and efficient training.

We are finishing up with Michael’s prep where he lost over 35 lbs and won the look at his low-back and glute definition 😳 incredible!
