February files💌 A short but packed month with the starting of training for my second marathon, my daughter turning 3, and lots of adventures in between! Who else has a spring race on the calendar?🏃‍♀️

2026 is the year to build a strong core💪 Here’s one of my fav circuits with just a dumbbell and band:

Set 1:
- 10 each side reverse plank band march
- 10 each side plank DB drag
- 40 seconds DB flutter kick
-
Set 2:
- 10 each side DB toe crunch
- 10 each side plank band row
- 40 seconds up &down plank pullthrough (you know I had to put these in)

Rest 30 seconds at the end of each set & repeat 3x. Online 1:1 coaching & programs in bio

ATHLETIC RESET⚡️ Launching Monday January 5th- my brand new strength & conditioning program designed to build strength, power, and consistency!

This program is for you if:
- you want to improve your fitness and body composition
- you are looking for a program that has it all with strength, stability, power, unilateral exercises, and mobility without any weird equipment
- you are tired of piecing together random workouts together & want an effective structured program
- you want to build a powerful, resilient, and more capable body - all while keeping workouts fun and doable

Overview:
Duration: 4 week training program
Schedule: 4 days per week
Time: 45-60 min/session
Format: Movement prep/mobility, main lifts, and accessory work. Includes reps, sets, tempo, and rest.
Equipment: basic gym equipment

2025 running 🤝 that’s a wrap

This was a fun way to look back & reflect on the year- ended with my favorite race, 1 PB in the 10k, and 2 medals for placing in my age group. Focused on the first half of the year gaining strength and speed in shorter races even though I’d much rather stick with longer distances. Even though I love running races, I did over double the amount of strength training than running this year- lifting is one thing I’ll never stop doing!

2026... let’s see what you got! Thank you to my wonderful clients & everyone who supported me to make this year a great one✨
