Let us first start off by saying that none of the foods on the add list are magical and none of the foods on the remove list are evil ✅

We’re here to guide you to building muscle and losing body fat.

In our experience these foods have outsized impacts. If you don’t have something in the house it makes it easier to avoid. Same is true for things you do have.

Use spices, low calorie dressings, and easy recipes to make these items tastier. And remember it’s 80/20. You don’t have to be 100% perfect!
