This workout WHOOPED me. 😂💀

It takes more than just taking dance classes to stay conditioned, and that’s something I’ve been intentional about improving.

Right now I’m restructuring my training so it actually aligns with my fitness goals not just showing up to the gym and hoping for the best.

This is only Day 2 of the rebuild, and we’re still refining the plan, adjusting weights, finding what works, and getting stronger one workout at a time.

I’m bringing y’all along for the entire process. These are just a few workout outs I caught. Five months from now, I want to look back at these videos and barely recognize where I started.
