FIFA has handed down heavy bans and fines following the post-match brawl after Spain’s 1-0 World Cup final victory. 🇪🇸🏆
Leandro Paredes: 10-game ban + $90,000 fine
Nahuel Molina: 7-game ban + $90,000 fine
Roberto Ayala: 3-game ban + $30,000 fine
Thiago Almada: 1-game ban + $30,000 fine
The AFA was also fined $321,000 and ordered to play its next two home matches at 50% capacity.
Paredes’ 10-game ban could keep him out of Argentina’s squad for nearly a year.
