Today, we’re remembering Tilly on what would have been her birthday. 🤍

Tilly brought so much joy, energy, and love to our community, leaving an impact on the students, instructors, and friends who had the privilege of knowing her.

While we wish we could celebrate her birthday with her, we’re grateful for the memories she gave us and the many ways her presence continues to live on in the people she touched.

New to pole but ready to start? Don’t be shy, we love beginners!

Pole Fundamentals Intro is a 4-week series that meets for 1 hour each week to take you from complete beginner all the way through spins and climbing!

Our curriculum will take you on a progression to get you ready and confident for regular drop-in classes. This is great if you want a set curriculum each week to make sure that you hit all the major moves and movements to use in regular drop-in classes.

This all levels choreography-based sensual dance class blends the art of st******se to create a smooth, playful, and empowering experience. Dancers will learn how to tease with intention—using musicality, eye contact, pacing, and fluid transitions—while developing strength, coordination, and body awareness. Each class breaks down choreography step by step, focusing on expression and performance quality as much as movement.
