A couple weekends ago I was on a panel at — and the volume and LENGTH of that mm-mm from the audience is not captured on camera. 😂 That’s why we were dying laughing. We were NOT expecting it.

But can I say something beyond what you just watched?

Some of you are stuck in a job you don’t like. Some of you built a business that feels like a prison. And you’re staying because it’s what you know you can make work.

But what if you actually relied on God? What career would you have? What business would you build? Would you give yourself permission to do something different?

Stop playing small. You were not made for that.

Also — I love that I didn’t have to shrink or become somebody else to stand on that stage. I am goofy. I talk a certain way. And I showed up exactly as myself. I love that for me. And I want that for y’all too.
