Coming tonight: Special guest instruction by one of Westchester Wado-Ryu's senior students: Nati Wondwosen. I will post a link here to a follow-along video that Senpai Nati has put together for us just before 5:00pm. For tonight's training, it would be helpful (although not essential) to have the following equipment handy: a chair, a broomstick, a small weight such as a full water bottle or a 5-pound dumbbell.

Homework for my students to do tomorrow: study syllabus (9th Kyu-6th Kyu) for at least 10 minutes. Practice kata for 10 minutes minimum.
