In almost every training session there is a moment of liberation. More than 1/2 of the time, my mind doesn’t want to move my body. My mind would rather “relax” not do. Our world is so full of doing. And yet, the moment I feel my body warming up, my mind lets go. I sense the challenges ahead in the workout. I feel the resistance, and the excitement of doing something hard. I’ve learned to delight in the challenges and the rush that comes from pushing beyond the limitations of thought. Steering always through the heart, and listening to when to hit pause. in takes on a fresh face when approached from the masculine principle and the feminine principle, at the same time.

Embodiment is for every BODY.

Be true to yourself however you please, it’s your delight that delights me. 

If my language isn’t always inclusive, it’s not because it’s exclusive.

I speak a lot from the female perspective because that’s the orientation I choose in my own life, and I’m often speaking to people who will connect with my experience. 

And there’s a part of me that feels incomplete sharing only in this way.

My impression of the trans/non binary experience is making choices to cultivate your body to feel like home to YOU.
