Well, my beautiful friends, here it is: our official “end-of-an-era” announcement.

After 30 weeks of beautiful, massive, rapid transformation and expansion - in both dance 💃 AND life 🫶🏼 - here we are.

Dance Therapy Thursdays are officially coming to a close (after tomorrow’s DTT at 7pm, which you can still join us for!).

Wow. What a special, astounding experience that we have the privilege of carrying with us for the rest of our lives. 💖

Welcome to Community Dance Night 💞

What 👯‍♀️: Join us for a beautiful evening of dancing, expression, creation, connection, and liberation. 🕊

When ⏰: Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm ET.
(Except on Dance Therapy Thursday weeks; swipe to see sample schedule & stay tuned for official schedule)

Where📍: The Virtual MWA Studio (Zoom!)

Why❓: So that everyone has access to a safe, judgement free space to connect with soul family, express themselves without inhibition, and experience the magic and medicine of dance 💃❤️

EXCITING NEWS: Dance Therapy Thursdays has a new start time 🕖❗

Hello beautiful MWA family!!! 💖

I'm so happy to let you know that DTT will now officially be starting at 7pm ET every week, as opposed to the previous start time of 8pm ET.

As DTT has evolved over the last 15 weeks (!!!) and taken on its current POWERFUL form, the whole transformative experience lasts about 2 hours.

From connecting with each other, to exploring and applying our Concept of the Week, to learning & running the choreo, to warming up and cooling down sufficiently... there's a lot of ground that we cover each week 🤩

As such, I want to ensure that my Eastern Time Zone friends can still get to sleep at a reasonable hour!
