You have a muscle spasm, your vision gets blurry, you notice electrical tingling sensations in your limbs…😩 whatever the symptom is…what typically happens is an unintentional reaction, one you may not even be aware of. Cultivate Mindful Responses: Instead of reacting impulsively, practice responding mindfully. Take deep breaths, release tension, and stay present in the moment. Mindful responses reduce stress and anxiety, alleviating symptom amplification.
Seek Support: Surround yourself with a supportive network of friends, family, or healthcare professionals who understand your journey. Share challenges and victories, allowing their support to hold you accountable and provide guidance.
Set Goals and Track Progress: Establish realistic goals aligned with your healing journey. Break them into manageable steps and track your progress. Celebrate small wins and adjust as needed.
