Ok who doesn’t want a tiny waist? It’s probably safe to say most would love a cinched waist like Kim Kardashian. Right?!

👇🏼Below is your guide to some smart carb choices when achieving that cinched waist!

Now, I’m not saying that all the other carbs are “bad” cause there’s no such thing as long as they are consumed in moderation but these are healthy carbohydrates that support a tiny waist….again as long as they are consumed in moderation.

Some of these carbs digest better than others so you may need to play detective if any of these carbs make you bloat. I know for me personally, the foods that make me bloat are black beans, brown rice and broccoli. Obviously if you are eating foods that bloat you, you won’t get the look you are trying to achieve. So sometime you will need to eliminate some foods from your diet because of that.

Smart Carb Guide for a Cinched Waist:

🍠 Sweet Potatoes
🥔 Red Potatoes
🍚 White Rice
🍚 Brown Rice
🌾 Dry Oats
🫘 Beans/Legumes
🥒 Green Veggies
🍓 Berries

And you may have noticed that none of the above are processed carbohydrates. They are all whole food/single ingredient foods. These are best to eat to achieve that tiny waistline 💃🏻
