you we want you to have an amazing experience and we want you to keep coming back, training and moving forward. We teach self-defense, GUI and NO-GUI, kicks and punches, throws, everything! Jiu-jitsu is really a complete martial art and you can learn it here in top notch brand new french mats with a highly knowledgeable Brazilian teacher from São Paulo Luiz Baek.
