Design your life, don’t settle for it 🌸
I am on a TOTAL MISSION:
To inspire others to flourish and thrive in their own unique way! To create a place where people feel like they are apart of a family and a community where people from all different backgrounds and walks of life feel like they have a chance to better their lives by coming together and being apart of a company and a team filled with purpose. To empower others to step into their greatness and shine bright in their own unique way. To create a culture where we empower each other and cheer each other on to succeed. A place where we uplift one another and have each other’s back, instead of tear each other down and speak badly of one another. Where every conversation we have is one of positivity, gratitude, love and compassion. A place where people genuinely love themselves, they believe in themselves and they know their worth. A place you would call “home”. That is what I want to create - and I want to create it with ALL of you! 💛

Have you been taking care of your mindset? (I know, sounds so corny)
⁣
During this pandemic things have been confusing, frustrating, uncertain and it’s easy to lack motivation to just get out of those pyjamas.
⁣
Having a positive mindset can be an essential tool in times like these. A few things you can put into practice:
⁣
🌻Write a few bullet points on what you are grateful for, do it daily or weekly but just stop and appreciate what you have.
🌻Do some exercise that you find fun. It doesn’t have to be for long (20 - 30mins). Nothing better than that endorphin high afterwards. I highly recommend ‘just dance 2020’.
🌻Practice guided meditation. YouTube is a good way to find free ones.
🌻Find motivational quotes that inspire you and maybe even put it as your phone background as a reminder.
🌻 Allow yourself to feel your emotions or have a lazy day once in a while. The important thing is that you get back up and push forward.✨

Expectations need to be managed. This goes for every goal you are trying to achieve.
⁣
We all have good and bad days. Sometimes we hit our goals and other times we don’t. How can we help ourselves to achieve these goals and manage our expectations when we don’t tick everything off our ‘to do list’.
⁣
🟣set realistic goals and be proactive
🟣make small changes that can be sustained, results don’t happen overnight
🟣write it down on your calendar or pin it on the notice board. be accountable for your actions
🟣be kind to yourself, especially on the days you don’t get things done. there is always tomorrow
🟣seek motivation, this could range from joining a group activity to listening to an inspiring podcast
🟣be consistent
⁣
My personal goal during lockdown was to live a healthier lifestyle and build my business which is fun and focus of building a better version of me. It’s been 4 months on this journey and still enjoying it.💫

Keep going and keep focused.

Stop trying to “fit in” ! The world needs YOU for You 💕✨

Just because that door doesn’t open, doesn’t mean other doors won’t open. -Pastor .la Sunday’s message really struck home to me. A lot of times, I feel like God isn’t answering my prayers and is just not showing up. I get confused and wonder, “if God has my best interest than why isn’t ____ happening”. It was a great reminder that Sometimes we may be asking for what we want but God knows what we need and therefore may not give us what we want
For example, I know tons of people were praying for our Annual medical mission trip to Armenia to not be canceled due to Covid. But as I look back on it, it was a lot better and safer that it got canceled. For many reasons but one was the fact that Azerbaijan starting attacking Armenia starting July 14th. As much as we wanted to help everyone, we would have been in a compromised position over there. And now that we are in the US we can help even more people, get the word out about the attacks across the world as well as build a bigger group for the mission trip next year.

So reminder to all, of you are wondering why God isn’t showing up, just realize that God leads us to the best future. ✨
