Immediately following the Olympics my brother George Payne went back as a contract coordinator for the U.S. State Department, Bureau of Security, Anti-Teririsom trainning.

Clipping found in The Tucson Citizen published in Tucson, Arizona on 7/27/1985. The Air Marshall Training began at Marana Air Park: Also the Department of State had VIP Protection training that operated in conjunction with the other agencies.

Winding down 1983 was not what I thought it might be. Because of my effort to improve communication during my effort to become a Diplomatic Courier my contact was ended soon after contact then, President Reagan's Chief of Staff, Senator Howard Baker. But soon thereafter good news came in the form of a job opening with the Los Angeles Turf Club and a brighter 1984 was on the horizon.
