There are environmental factors that can’t be controlled and some that demand unlearning in order to actualize, physical, mental and emotional change.

none of these challenges make it impossible to adopt a healthy lifestyle however, it is important to know that they can make it extremely difficult, and they play a major factor in your ability to adhere to the habits you’re trying to adopt a new lifestyle.

Being aware of these challenges, can make it significantly easier to navigate implementing new habits. It allows you to better assess your boundaries and what small steps would be best for YOU versus jumping in headfirst and getting burnt out, quitting and starting the cycle all over again.
