My name is Erika Godwin and in my 6+ years working in the fitness industry, I have worked in many gyms – from big box chains to smaller boutique studios. And in all that time, there has been one constant:

e training, virtual training, even small group training with you and a few of your friends. Build and Burn is for everyone! Maybe you’re just starting your fitness journey or maybe you’re someone who’s been on your journey for a long time and are looking for that extra push. Whether you need some modifications due to injury/fitness level or you want to take every exercise I throw at you to the next level, I am here for you! I have extensive training in working with ALL body types, fitness levels, injuries, ages, skill levels. Mondays and Wednesdays are strength training days. A new strength program every time! I use a variety of formats (circuit training, tabata, HIIT, etc) and equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight, resistance bands, BOSU, etc.). Fridays are STRONG Nation – a HIIT cardio, strength and abs workout using your own bodyweight that will push you to your absolute limit! Classes are 50 min long and I don’t like to waste your time. You are there to work and I promise, you will work! All you need to bring is your awesome attitude and willingness to work hard to achieve your goal.
