Our Retreat into Joy was amazing. It was such an honor to witness people’s healing process. The retreat worked ! Using my Gratitude Jar today which we made there. Will be partnering with Co-host Kristy Pace again. Only challenge was dancing on the grass- but the trees and mountains made the best audience 🌲🤩🕺👯‍♀️ . .

You can still be in the 5K but read below ! 🤩🏃‍♀️👙😊

If you want to run or walk the 5K on Sunday, you still can BUT you will need to sign up for the 14K and accept a 14K medal at the finish line. At this moment we have 75 medals left in the 14K but do not have any more 5K medals. You can still get a 5K time and be eligible for 5K age group awards.

Prizes go to best decorated bras ! (men included!) I’ll be warming up the crowd starting at 7:45 am…. and I’m gonna need some coffee ☕️ that early! 🥱🤣

Wow the dancers shined in the parade today. ☀️🌞☀️We represented immigrants and carried flags from around the world. Oh… and we danced our tushes off! More videos to come.

Excited for the parade tomorrow! 😀💃These dancers have worked really hard. I admit I’m conflicted due to the song being called America and all that’s going on with our crazy country… but we’re gonna celebrate our freedom to dance! 😀💃🎶

Wow 4 years since I was certified! And now I’m teaching Cardio Dance at the YMCA 🤣. Come join me in Westchester Saturdays at 10 am!
