1. Squat + twist
2. Pushup pushback
3. Sit up clap
4. Single bridge lift + pulse

Set at timer for 1 min each exercise & repeat 3x through for that good sore feelin😉

Pick a weight that feels challenging but still doable for the full 1 min.

This is a leg and glute workout routine taken from inside my Origin Series challenge. The first time I took this class I was sore for 4 days. No joke. Walking felt foreign. But each time I came back to it, it felt so good, I found myself adding more weight, getting more reps in and feeling oh so strong.

Feeling pressure to join the skinny trend? I don’t blame you. It’s everywhere.

It’s loud. It’s proud. And it’s hoping to make a BIG buck off of you.

From someone who fell for the trend last time and had to work really hard to undo the damage done, I’m here to remind you that this trend doesn’t have to win.

The happiness and the confidence they’re trying to sell you can also be found with a full belly, a strong mind and body, healthy relationships, strong boundaries, and self-respect.

So instead of spending all my energy focused on achieving stick figure arms, I’ll be over here spending my energy building a life worth living. ✌🏽

So for those who like to come running to the comments to school me on ingredients you don’t agree with, remember this…I’m doing the best I can with the budget I got and the resources I have access to.

Just me, my program, and only the best show that ever existed🌈

When it comes to exercise, I like to make it as easy to show up. No commute, no expectations around gym fits, and no annoying royalty free music so I can actually watch (or listen) to something I actually enjoy.

And then I follow a workout program that’s challenging but doable, so I never have to think about what I’m doing. I press play and just go.
