When we’re young, we think we have all the answers!
At least I felt that way…
💪 I would hit the gym for hours
❌Never indulged in foods I liked 🍔 🍟 🍕
🕰 Knew exactly what I was going to eat at a certain time
For what?
Just to be stressed out if I didn’t maintain this lifestyle 😬
Was this sustainable?
Hell no.
Here’s the truth…
✅ You don’t need to avoid your favorite foods - Going out to eat doesn’t mean you’re getting off track! (DM me if you want my On-The-Go Guide for Eating at Restaurants)
✅ You don’t need to spend hours in the gym - Even 30 minutes a day (of any form of exercise!) will get you closer to your goals.
✅ You CAN eat more, and drop fat - It just needs to be done correctly!
You may think you’re on the right track
But if you’re struggling to love what you see in the mirror, sometimes it takes an outside perspective.
Stop playin’ around and let’s make this comeback!
