Heart Full - Part 2: A Service Project.❤️ During our training course we took precious time to give back to the Pescadero Community by volunteering with Grupo Madre Teresa, a non profit dedicated to enriching the lives of locals in need with warm meals, nutrition, education, and more. Big love and kudos to the sweetest man, Giovanni, for making this possible. His work is heartfelt and life changing.

We had a blast preparing and cooking yummy meals!

Thank you Janie for helping to gather the food, supplies and for finding a delicious recipe for us to cook together.

Heart Full ❤️ Part 1: The beautiful souls you see in these photos recently completed a training & retreat called: Spiritual Psychology: Living From Love at Yandara Institute in Baja, Mexico.
Together we practiced learning to reclaim and embrace our inherent ways of being, such as:

Compassion
Acceptance
Abundance
Loving Kindness
Trust
Gratitude
Surrender
Unconditional Love
Peace
Joy
And more…

I feel so fortunate to be able to share these teachings. The Spiritual Journey is not for the faint of heart. It takes tremendous courage to navigate the constructs of the ego.

The best part was learning how to rise above our limitations, and into our true essence, which is love. From there, anything is possible.

What does it mean to Live From Love?

Living from Love means cultivating an open heart, learning to live from an authentic place inside that allows for more unconditional love, trust, acceptance, self worth, gratitude, abundance and joy.

When we recognize and embody the universal truth within: that love is our essence, then our outer world shifts. 

“Living From Love” is a choice to move beyond stagnation, fear, and anxiety and into embracing a new way of being.
 
During my upcoming training we will explore and experientially practice numerous skills to create space for profound paradigm shifts.

This is my favorite training to teach!

It’s also FUN! We will be on an oceanfront property in Mexico immersed in nature. Imagine sand between your toes, taking dips in the pool, yoga, meditation, hikes, delicious food, a day trip to Todos Santos, and much more.

🗳️ A leader who legislates for all Americans regardless of your political party, how much money you have, what color skin you have, or who you love
🗳️ A continued strong economy with record low unemployment of 4% and growing in healthy ways with an average GDP of $85K
🗳️ Border control that values and protects humanity AND helps to grow the economy.
🗳️ Climate protections to save our land, air & oceans
🗳️ Climate actions to create jobs and compete internationally
🗳️ Protecting Israel AND simultaneously carving a path for Gaza to be free.
🗳️ A leader who will stand up to dictators like Putin and defend Ukraine.
🗳️ A leader who is willing to fill her cabinet with both republican and democratic leaders.
🗳️ A tax system that benefits all, not just the ultra rich.
🗳️ A leader who provides a clear path for the middle class with child care tax credits, and incentives to start a business and buy their first home.
🗳️ A leader who fights for strict gun laws.
