My LLC Home Sweet Nest Bakery has been officially created in California and my website is now in construction.
Next week, I will received a very important bakery tool >>> a dough sheeter - un laminoir from France (https://www.ebpeinc.com). It's gone change my baker life.
Today, I'm looking for a professional kitchen and a partner who believe in my dream, my talent and my philosophy.
A lot of work still needs to be done but my creative energy is stronger than ever.
