Save this one. She’s GOOD. 🥒

✨HIGH PROTEIN PICKLE CHICKEN SALAD
• 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp light mayo
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp dill pickle juice
• 1 cup chopped dill pickles good girl snacks are superior
• ½ cup diced celery
• ¼ cup diced red onion
• ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini
• 2 tbsp fresh dill
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt + pepper to taste

Mix it all together and serve with whatever your heart desires—mini croissants, crackers, lettuce boats, or straight out of the bowl.

Easy, protein-packed, pickle-forward. A few of our favorite things. 🥒
