Today is a good day

Yesterday my head had truly fallen off and was rolling around on the floor.

You know those funny videos where people try to pick something up and end up kicking it away instead.

Or the wind blows it further away as they bend down to pick it up.

That was me with my head all day yesterday

But today ... It's well and truly back on and I am feeling great.

Strangely I feel kinda grateful for days like yesterday as they help me appreciate days like today so much more

Don't get me wrong I don't enjoy bad days in the slightest. But I can see their purpose.

Food is fuel ... Are you fueling yourself the best you can?

Look I LOVE food 🤤

And I don't ever deprive myself from anything but I always feel like utter s**te when I eat anything other than whole foods.

I think I'm treating myself when I have that beer, bag of crisp, bottle of wine etc

And I am ... Treating myself like s**t that is.

So I'm going to be doing the 30 day challenge AGAIN because it's just so good!

It's not a diet, I don't believe in those, it's a mindset shift about food, yourself and your lifestyle.

I will be coaching 5 incredible women through this challenge as I complete it also!

Stuck and struggling to figure out what the next step is?

A bit like me in this photo then. Oh wow I was shaking like a leaf and it took all my brain power to figure out what the next step was.

This isn't the only time I've felt this way.

Not too long ago I used to feel this way in my job too.

Coming home exhausted.

Waking up exhausted.

Working all the hours God sends and still having a to do list as long as my arm.
