Introducing one of my clients, Abel, who has been with me for sometime now. He is (9) years old and is passionate about basketball. The amount of heart, focus, determination & fight he has to go the extra mile is next to none. We work on footwork, balance, mobility, strength, speed, agility, endurance and so much more. We are incorporating his full body mechanics to function so he can be an all-around athlete for whatever he chooses to become and strive for while still staying at center with the love of the game that we all love so much 🏀 ! 📣👏🏾

From the volleyball 🏐 court to the weight room. It’s been nearly (6) months of consistency from our 12 year old who is determined to keep motivated and encouraged about the off season as we keep training for what Spring has to bring. 🏋🏽🫰🏾🦾

I couldn’t be more proud of my H.S Brentwood athletes, who went above and beyond over the last (6) months with their running and all around athletics. Our team is growing and bringing on some fantastic sets of student athletes that couldn’t be more complete! 🦾✔️☀️

My biggest joy is when they call me “ Coach Lydia “ it brings such a sense of peace to my heart and a great deal of passion that stands for. Teaching them is my number one goal as I the CEO continue to show up for them as best as I know how. The halfway mark of XC season has arrived so we are getting ready for the last of the meets we have in store for us. Hill repeats is what was called for training this afternoon. They surpassed and went above my expectations! Well job ladies! ☀️😊👍🏾

XC SummerSeason training has paid off for this group of children! Welcome to SEPTEMBER on and off online these kids are showing up to set goals, maintain fitness & encourage one another to go the extra mile even on early morning Saturday long runs. I can’t be more PROUD for them to call me Coach! I’m beyond pouring my heart into each and every single one of them. Wishing them the VERY BEST with the Cross Country meets in store for us! 👋🏽🏃🏽‍♀️😎
