Timberjack 100k. Beautiful and challenging course and ended with a 3rd place female finish. My crew was the best and I couldn’t have done it without them. Special shoutout to the tiniest crew member, my niece Quinn ❤️

Been a little MIA but I’m still here!

Life has been busy and crazy as usual. And some BIG news…I recently left my full time 9-5 job to pursue my passion of coaching and training full time! I’m grateful for this opportunity and thankful for the support I’ve received along the way. The future is bright!

Hey friends! I’ve been a little MIA here but lots has been happening in my life the past few months. Juggling buying a house, working, training and then spraining my foot (on a run) while moving has been a lot! BUT, I’m here and all is good 😊

"I used to hate working out so I avoided it. I was the least active 37-year-old I knew. One day I decided I wasn't getting any hotter so I committed to a month of training with Liz. After a couple weeks, hate turned into determination. After a month, moves became easier and I started to pick up heavier weights. I committed to another month. And another. And another until here we are, 9 months later and it's not even about being "hot" anymore. I FEEL stronger and the muscle tone is an added bonus. Also, it feels so good to finally eat some carbs without guilt. Whoever needs to read this, if I did it, you can too.” - Brit

I very rarely buy race photos but this one was worth it! Full disclosure, the sign on the trail giving us a heads up that a photographer was in the bushes made it easier to try and be photo ready for once 😝
