Happy Friday! Tomorrow is going to be a beautiful day…let’s kick off the day together in Ellenberger Park. Community Yoga is every Saturday 10-11 am. You can park by the playground/pool and then walk down the trail. You’ll see me under the big tree by the tennis courts. I’m so excited to head back to beautiful Nashville Indiana this fall! I will be leading my 4th Weekend Yoga Retreat . It will be the first weekend in November, Nov. 6-8th.
The weekend will consist of yoga for all abilities, a craft, yummy food, relaxation, you can hike at Brown County State Park, whatever you desire!! The Cornerstone Inn is walkable to town and all of the shops. Spots are limited, please reach out if you are interested. Hope to see you there!
