I AM RUNNING SUB 3 MARATHON at THIS YEAR!
A 3 hour marathon is a 6:52 pace so as long as one of those miles is 6:51 i’ll be good!
I ran the LA marathon at a 3:14 but it was crazy hot and had a ton of elevation… So conditions and route should be better in December in Sacramento!
My focus for this time around is continuing to strengthen those smaller muscles that help with running and my elasticity with plyometrics. AND getting my weekly milage into the 40-50 miles a week range.
