🍁 Fall Workshop Alert 🍁
・・・
We are so excited to share that Summit (re)Sisters instructor, Kristi .drishti, will be leading a workshop for our community Friday, September 23rd (5.30-7.30pm).
Kristi was born and raised in New Mexico and is a proud member of Isleta Pueblo and Ohkay Owingeh. Through the use of yoga and incorporating her knowledge of Indigenous teachings, she creates balance and healing in her own life. She inspires others by teaching and speaking from her heart to help strive for change and collective healing in this world.
Join us for an evening of exploration, writing, and movement as we attune to the change of seasons and welcome Fall. By tuning inward and resetting our internal compass, we can find and restore balance within ourselves. Let go and free fall into the universe’s embrace.
When it comes to Boulder history, it's not a well-known fact that the KuKlux Klan held many positions of power in our local and state government during the 1920s. These lands were also home to widely upheld practices of segregation and past harms to Indigenous tribes and other people of color. And while we have a long way to go, it feels good that we get to Fall Freely by taking up space - and taking bold, healing steps together!
Head to the link in our bio for more details and to sign up. Spots are limited to 20 participants!
