WE’RE HIRING : EBP Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator is a vital part of the EBP ecosystem. The scheduler is the first impression of EBP and is an integral contributor to an efficient workflow system of the studio. We are looking for a 1 or 2 schedulers to be on-site Monday - Saturday from 7:30am - 12:30pm.

Roles and Responsibilities

Schedule and cancel client sessions and class reservations
Interact with prospective clients over the phone, by email, and in person to answer questions about pricing, Empowered Body, and the Pilates method.
Answer phone calls and return voicemails.
Monitor and respond to email and messages in MBO Messenger.
Maintain records of client travels, major injuries, and other important information in MindBody Online for easy access for staff.
Increase business revenue by monitoring waitlists and ensuring max capacity of teacher schedules.
Work closely with the EBP membership coordinator to keep members schedules updated.

Skills

High-level customer service skills. Must enjoy conversing with people.
Word processing.
Excellent phone and email etiquette required.

Compensation

Wage: $20.00 per hour.
Free group pilates classes 3x per week.
The role can also be split into 2 positions. M/W/F, & TU/ TH/SA
