Membership Billing & Scheduling Updates
Hi everyone,
As we continue to grow, weโre making a few updates to simplify memberships and scheduling and help everything run more smoothly for everyone.
Bi-Weekly Membership Billing
Over the next 1โ2 billing cycles, all memberships will be moving to a bi-weekly billing schedule based on how many times you train each week (1x, 2x, or 3x).
This means billing will run every two weeks instead of monthly, creating a simpler and more consistent structure rather than adjusting for 4- vs. 5-week months. Your training schedule and programming will stay the same.
If you train 1x per week, for example, youโll simply be billed every two weeks for two sessions at a time.
Action Needed: Card on File
If you do not already have a card saved on file, please take a moment to add one through your account so billing continues smoothly without interruption.
Online Scheduling Through Gymdesk
Between now and June 1, weโll also be transitioning to online scheduling through Gymdesk.
This will allow you to:
โข Book your own sessions
โข Reschedule when needed (within our cancellation window)
โข Join a waitlist for full sessions
โข Manage your schedule more easily without needing to coordinate by text
If you currently have a regular recurring session time, weโll be working to have you already placed into those sessions in the calendar before we fully go live, so your normal routine stays consistent.
Once scheduling is fully live, we will no longer be scheduling sessions by text.
Weโll send your Gymdesk booking link and login details as we get closer to launch.
