Hardship

Hardship You WILL BE "Hazed". You WILL follow orders. You WILL have to endure just as much HARDSHIP as we Special operations veterans have had to face.

Designed by US Army Special Forces and US Army Ranger veterans, HARDSHIP is a 14-15 hour overnight physical and mental training evolution only the strongest can successfully negotiate. A combination of elements of both Special Forces and Ranger requisite physical "Selection" processes and CrossFit training, you will be forced to push, pull, run, ruck, lift, crawl, climb and fight your way through

as you negotiate the most demanding test of your life. Some of you will not make it. Some of you will give in to weakness. Some of you...will quit. Primary Requirements:

Meet one of the two following pre-requisites at a minimum (Preferably both):
US Military combat MOS service veteran. Member of a CrossFit Affiliate (MIL or CIV) for 6 months. Additional requirements:

HARDSHIP training approval letter signed by your commanding officer.
-Or-
HARDSHIP training approval letter signed by your CrossFit Head Coach. Arrive to training in top physical condition. Arrive to training prepared to follow orders. Arrive to training with full packing list. Nothing more, nothing less.
