To all of our likes for "Gladiator", We are only 6 months away from CrossFit Liberation's primary Regional event! "The COLD WAR Mid-Atlantic Competition" will be the BIGGEST and ABSOLUTE BEST event to return to the Northest on Dec 1st-2nd. Go check out and "Like" the FB if you haven't already. Athletes,
We are sad to say that this year's event will have to be postponed until next year. We really wanted to get this great event concept out to the CF community this year but unfortunately our location fell through along with a few other small things. CF Liberation insists on nothing but the best for its competitions and we dont want to offer you a sub-standard event. We now have an additional year to plan so keep your eyes open for next year!
