Weather Update
Due to icy road conditions, we will be opening later today. For the safety of our members and staff, all classes are canceled today.

If you are able to make it in safely once we open, feel free to come enjoy a warm gym and get a workout in.

Please note:
• Use extra caution while driving to and from the gym
• Be mindful of icy sidewalks and entryways
• Please rack weights and keep equipment clean for everyone coming in today
• Music is up, heat is on, and we look forward to you enjoying a great workout

Merry Christmas to our gym family and community.

As we celebrate this season, we’re reminded of the true reason for Christmas — the birth of our Savior and the greatest gift of all, Him.

The holidays are here, but the work doesn’t stop. We’ll be open normal hours this week, except for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Get your workouts in, stay consistent, and burn off some of that Christmas food.
