Entry Level shop floor workers who like working with their hands, experience in manufacturing/assembly and Shipping is a definite plus but not required.

Duties will include small-parts assembly, packaging, labeling, material handling, simple machine operation and general labor.
Hours of operation; Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Tight Line Anglers Products, LLC is a growing 20 year old fishing lure manufacturing company with a reputation for making our customers happy.

We are currently looking for qualified people for all departments. (casting, mold making, painting etc.) Experience in manufacturing/assembly and shipping is a definite plus but not required.
Duties will include small-parts assembly, packaging, labeling, material handling, simple machine operation and general labor.

Responsibilities:
• Understanding of basic math
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Keep work area clean
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements:
• Reliability a MUST
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs
• High School Diploma or GED
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with a team and Independently
• Self-motivated

Will train the right person, with the right attitude!

Hours: Part Time - Up to 35 hours per week

Hours of operation; Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
