Kennedy is one of my 10u pitchers who has been coming to me for a few months now!! Ken started with a pretty small set of tools that she knew-and has come so far and worked so hard!! Here we can see how Kennedy has worked on kicking up her body speed and her arm speed, while also keeping her arm longer to stay loose!! Loose arm is KEY for pitching!!!

This is Jojo! Jojo started coming to lessons with me recently and has been struggling with keeping her arms loose and keeping her hips open…by breaking down her pitch more and explaining things while simultaneously asking her what she is doing in order to keep her engaged, she’s learning that she isn’t dragging her foot properly and hyper extending her elbow when frustrated in attempts to throw harder, we’re working through it, as seen by the determination on her face!!!!

Good Morning!

With the Legends Athletics LLC moving facilities this month, all lessons schedule for the rest of the summer will be outdoors due to the inability to get into the new facility until about November!!
