This Free Program is the pre-season to the 2022 Lorain Youth Wrestling season. We are only taking the FIRST 40 who sign up for this program. During this 8wk camp, the participants will be learning basics/advanced movements of wrestling!! Strength & Conditioning, just intense workouts (body by Dom). They will be pushed & challenged, while building team chemistry!!
The Program will be hosted @ Lorain High school (doors facing 21st street) starting...

❗Monday, Aug 1st - Sept 19th, Every Monday & Wednesday, 6:30 pm to 8pm.

❗Ages: 6-13yr (pm me if you have ?'s pertaining age)
