P2R links vulnerable populations with resources and supportive services to improve their quality of life and help with various crisises.

We actively assist those reentering society after homelessness, treatment, prison, and other life circumstances.

P2R Landlord Luncheon was a huge success with 18 Private Landlords, P2R, Raise Up, and EDEN having solution oriented dialogue to address housing needs and supportive services in Lorain County. P2R is grateful for partnerships that help us continue to tackle homeless to housing and housing retention. Special shout out to Housing Advocate Katierra Caldwell who has successfully expanded the H2H program.

On September 17, 2026, from 8 AM–8 PM, you can support our mission by making a donation through the Connect to a Cause website. Every donation helps P2R continue its mission that links at-risk populations to real resources, employment and housing solutions. ACES will join P2R from 4pm - 8pm in the parking lot @ 1909 North Ridge Rd, Lorain for Cookies, Coffee and Car Wash for a Cause for a $10 donation.

Connect to a Cause 2026 is Lorain County's biggest day of giving on Thursday, September 17, from 8 AM to 8 PM — and we are inviting YOU to participate!

C2C 2026 will bring together local nonprofits, donors, businesses and community members to support the organizations making a difference across our county. This year, more than 111 participating nonprofits and charitable funds will be part of Connect to a Cause on September 17.

Between now and our big day of giving, we'll be highlighting participating organizations through our new Find Your Cause Fridays series — we invite you to take a look through each nonprofit to find what you may connect with most.
