These smiling faces all earned their May 2026 Freestyle Frequent Flyer sticker by checking in at least 12 times during the month.

I love handing these out because they’re not really about the sticker.

They’re about the early mornings.
The busy schedules.
The days you didn’t feel like it but came anyway.

Month after month, these members continue to show up for themselves, and that’s something worth celebrating. ❤️

💛 Freestyle Frequent Flyers – May 2026 💛

A huge shoutout to these amazing members who checked in 12+ times during the month of May! 👏

Showing up consistently isn’t always glamorous, but it’s where the magic happens. Every workout, every class, every check-in adds up over time. 💪

I’m so proud of each and every one of you for continuing to make your health a priority and for helping make FF&N such a special community.

Sometimes people think a workout has to be an hour long to “count.”

I disagree.

I recently recorded a brand-new 10-minute bodyweight workout for our At Home Program members, and I was reminded of something I tell clients all the time:

👉 Consistency beats perfection.

Not every day allows for a full workout.
Not every day feels motivated.
Not every day goes according to plan.

But most days, we can find 10 minutes.

Ten minutes to move.
Ten minutes to clear our minds.
Ten minutes to do something good for ourselves.

And over weeks, months, and years, those little efforts add up to big results.

This new workout requires no equipment, very little space, and can be squeezed into even the busiest day.

That’s exactly the kind of practical fitness I love creating. ❤️

Longtime Freestyle members may remember Butter. ❤️

She made frequent appearances in At Home Program videos, supervised countless workouts, and spent years serving as the unofficial Freestyle Shop Cat.

We were absolutely heartbroken when we lost her to cancer a few years ago.

Well…

I think Butter may have sent reinforcements. 😆

Tom and Lady Gaga decided to make their official At Home Program video debut and took their responsibilities VERY seriously.

By “responsibilities,” I mean walking through camera shots, demanding attention, and providing quality control throughout the workout. 🐾

They’re still learning the ropes, but I have a feeling you’ll be seeing a lot more of these two in future workouts.

And honestly?
I’m not mad about it. ❤️

💪☀️ Bonus Content Day! ☀️💪

One of my favorite parts of running the Freestyle At Home Program is listening to what our members actually want and then creating it for them.

I recently asked Members what they wanted and one request was for some shorter workout options they can squeeze into busy day. I’m getting ready to head outside and record a brand-new 10-minute bodyweight workout as a bonus for the membership library!

Because let’s be honest… not every day allows for a 45-minute workout. But most days, we can find 10 minutes.

And those little pockets of movement add up over time. ❤️

That’s really what the At Home Program is all about—meeting you where you are, helping you stay consistent, and giving you realistic tools that fit into real life.

Now if you’ll excuse me, there’s sunshine calling my name and a good sweat waiting outside! ☀️😅

The Murph may have landed on the calendar a week late this year (thanks to my inability to keep track of holidays 😆), but after taking a vote, we decided to just freestyle it and roll with it today!

While I was sidelined due to my knee and couldn’t participate myself, watching everyone else take on this challenge filled my heart in a way I can’t quite put into words.

A special shoutout goes to Amy Kemna who didn’t even wait for today. Last night, I looked out my kitchen window and saw her heading out for her run . . . in the pouring rain. That’s the kind of grit, determination, and commitment that inspires everyone around her. Absolute beast mode. 💪

But truly, every single person who tackled the Murph this weekend should be incredibly proud. Whether you modified, scaled, walked, ran, or completed every rep as written, you showed up and did something hard. That’s what matters.

It’s never really about the workout.
It’s about the courage to start, the determination to finish, and the community that cheers you on along the way.

So proud of this gym family. ❤️

Subtraction Circuit Cardio ✔️🔥

And whew- this crew WORKED today 😅👏

I say this all the time, but one thing I’m incredibly proud of at Freestyle is how willing people are to step outside their comfort zones and TRY hard things — even when they may not necessarily love them 😂

Case in point:
Jennifer Winkelman, who would probably tell you cardio is not exactly her favorite thing in the world 😆 (that’s putting it mild;)

But she showed up.
She pushed through.
And at the end of class her exact words were:

“I hated this less than most.” 😂😂😂

Honestly, I laughed SO hard and immediately knew I needed to write that one down because it perfectly captured the spirit of today’s workout.

Not every workout has to be your favorite workout.
But there’s something really empowering about proving to yourself that you CAN in fact do hard things.

So proud of every single person in this picture for showing up, working hard, encouraging each other, and getting a little stronger today 💙

This right here ❤️

✅Four different conversations.
✅Four different moments.
✅Four different little pockets of encouragement happening all across the gym this morning after cardio.

💙And THIS is what I love most about Freestyle.

Yes… we work hard here.
Yes… we sweat.
Yes… we push ourselves.

But what warms my heart most is watching people connect.

People checking on each other.
Laughing together.
Talking through life.
Celebrating wins.
Encouraging one another through hard seasons.
Building friendships that extend far beyond workouts.

That community aspect can’t really be manufactured.

It happens naturally when good people continue showing up day after day ❤️

I never take moments like this for granted.
This place truly feels like family to me.
