It is with heavy heart that I share the BIG news... after 25+ years Debbie and Sam are moving on from Lakeside. They will take with them so many unforgettable memories.
- Hundreds of lesson students have learned the discipline from Debbie who is undoubtedly one of the BEST horsewomen in the business.
- Many of these students went on to purchase their own horses with guidance from Debbie to find that PERFECT match.
- Over a thousand horses from world champions to miniature “pets” have been safe and happy due to Sam, Debbie and Henry’s UNWAVERING commitment to nothing but the best when it comes to grounds conditions, feed, shavings, safety, and horse care.
- Debbie, Tiffany and many amazing volunteers have had over 100 therapeutic riding students who have benefited from riding therapy that helped them become more confident and GAIN independence.
Debbie and Sam have put EVERYTHING they have into this business, so leaving their home, the horses they love, and the community of friends at Lakeside will be incredibly difficult. BUT sometimes life takes you in new directions and they are getting ready for the next adventure!
I wanted to have a send-off party but unfortunately we can’t due to COVID. As an alternative, I will be making an album for them. I would love to include thank you and farewell messages and pictures from the current and past Lakeside “family”. If you would like to contribute, please send your message and/or pictures to me via email at: [email protected].
Debbie and Sam want to thank their employees, customers, trainers, and vendors for the support throughout these years. Many of you have become extended family and they want to stay connected... you know who you are!
You can keep in touch with Debbie and Sam on Facebook by friending Sam Montalbano. Sam’s cell number will remain the same but the main phone number will stay with the new owners (as well as this page). Once settled in a new home, they will reach out with the new address.
Thank you. Stay safe and please do keep in touch!
