Don’t let the word “blast” fool you. The blast in this class is made up of only 4min of the entire class to get the heart pumping & the stretching time in this class is a little longer than our traditional barre burn class!

Come ready to sweat, burn & above all else just let go and move your body!

Saturdays @7:50am starting this week!

It’s a 30min cardio class, low impact on your joints, high impact on your heart (get that sweat on!!)
