After two weeks of the Arkansas Activities Association dead period, the Sr. Lady Jackrabbits Basketball Team got back to work on the court, in the weight room, at the track, and capped off the week by taking on the challenge of hiking Pinnacle Mountain.

This week wasn’t just about getting back in shape; it was about developing the mindset required to be successful. Every workout, every sprint, every rep, and every step up the mountain challenged our players to push beyond their comfort zones.

Reaching the top of Pinnacle Mountain wasn’t easy, but that’s exactly the point. It took perseverance, mental toughness, determination, and a commitment to keep climbing when the path became difficult. Those are the same qualities that build championship teams.

I’m proud of the effort, attitude, and resilience these young ladies displayed all week. We know that success isn’t given, it is earned through discipline, hard work, and dedication.

The season starts long before the first game is played, and our journey is just getting started.

🏀💜 Harding Team Camp Recap 🤍🏀

This past weekend, the Jr. & Sr. Lonoke Lady Jackrabbits had an incredible experience at Harding University Team Camp. Our young ladies competed hard, learned valuable lessons, built stronger relationships, and continued growing both on and off the court.

We are proud of the effort, attitude, and determination each player displayed throughout camp. Every game and every challenge was another step forward as we continue building our program and preparing for the upcoming season.

A special thank you to our parents for their continued support and to Chad Gentry for his generosity and investment in our program. Your encouragement and willingness to support these young women mean so much and help make opportunities like this possible.

The work doesn’t stop here, this is just the beginning. We are excited about the future and committed to putting in the work necessary to achieve our goals.💜🤍🐰🏀
