There’s something about the space right before something arrives…

The quiet anticipation.
The knowing that something meaningful is about to be placed into your hands.

For the past few days, I’ve been gently sharing pieces of what’s been created…

This has been a process of intention, care, and deep listening -
to what people are truly needing when it comes to emotional healing.

Not something overwhelming.
Not something complicated.

Just something… supportive.

Thank you for allowing me to be vulnerable...

There was a time when I could feel something sitting beneath the surface…but I didn’t have a clear way to move through it.

I could think about it.
I could talk about it.
But it didn’t always create real shift.

What I needed wasn’t more information.
I needed a way to meet myself differently in those moments.

That’s where Untangling the Heart began.

Not as a product—
but as a process.

A way to gently move through emotions without overwhelm.
A way to understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface.
A way to come back to a sense of steadiness and self-trust.

And today felt like the right moment to share a first glimpse.

Even though the full deck hasn’t arrived just yet, I’ve been holding the proof cards in my hands… and feeling into what this is meant to become.

This wasn’t created from a place of “making something.”

It came from sitting with emotions…
from witnessing patterns…
from wanting a gentler way to move through what we feel.

A way that doesn’t rush the process.
