Consider this an unpopular or controversial opinion but healthy habits can be VERY boring. Boring, however, doesn't mean it can’t be enjoyable! Boring simply means...simple. Simple choices of proteins and veggies for a meal. Simple choices of keeping to a routine. Simple choices of knowing when to adjust your routine to enjoy life. It's just like any other skill that requires practice and repetition. Truly, boring is good for building healthy habits. Don't overthink it! Sometimes, you just gotta be a little bored in life to be great
