Help us wish the gym Queen Misty Jones a Happy Birthday! She isn't too thrilled about turning ANOTHER year older. If you see her today, let her know how young she looks and you can barely see any wrinkles as long as you close one eye. She is accepting any gifts of ibuprofen, chocolate, or hearing aids (if you want to splurge).

We have FOUR classes available for you today! Peach Power @ 8am, Yoga , Fit 4 Life , Hip Hop Hustle n Muscle @ 6pm. Just follow these 10 steps and your Monday will be instantly better:

1.) Pick a class
2.) Sign up on the app
3.) Get in your car and drive to the gym
4.) Walk through the doors like a boss
5.) Pick your class spot
6.) Do whatever your told
7.) Grab a protein shake on the way out
8.) Take a selfie and post it
9.) Drive home feeling like you conquered the world

I want to thank Dusty Richard, The AC Dr, for coming out to repair our AC at the gym! I called Dusty as soon as our unit went down and he was professional, courteous, and showed up first thing this morning to fix it. With this Louisiana heat, AC businesses are extremely busy right now. Thank you Dusty for taking care of us, because that Body Sculpt class last night was HOT! You just can't beat supporting local!
