🎣 Here’s your post Labor Day weekend fishing report from Dan Ryan —
🎣Leech: the go-to presentations from the past month (jig crawler and crankbaits) remain the same, but solid walleye locations are expanding. Large main sand flats (10-14’), breaklines off primary points(14-18’), or w**d edges 7-10’) are all holding schools of walleyes. The flats are getting the most pressure, but the w**d edge fish are the most cooperative. Getting away from the crowd would be a good idea this week.
🎣Woman: the shallower you can find a walleye the better right now, with hungry walleyes being found as shallow as 4-6’ around the w**ds. Jig/crawler or jig/minnow are leading the way, but jerkbaits are catching nicer fish in the same locations. Looking at inside w**d edges can help you find unpressured fish. Panfish bite remains solid around the w**d beds in 10-12’.
